Celebrating 30 Years in Business! (A message from the owner)

To my loyal customers,

Wow, 30 years! It’s gone by so fast. I must say that it’s been a great experience and a thrill for me and my family to have had the opportunity to assist our neighborhood with all of their Plumbing and Air Conditioning needs over the years. There have been so many changes in our industry as well as in our day to day life since we started in 1987. I mean, we didn't even have cell phones or pagers in the beginning because they hadn’t been invented yet. To communicate with my employees during those early days we had to use pay phones, HA! There wasn't Internet nor fax machines yet so every proposal had to be sent verbally by phone or hand delivered to the customer. How did we even manage this?

It might be why that to this day I believe so passionately about clear communication with customers. To me, it is the most important ingredient of a successful business whatever that business may be. Clear communication along with honesty and integrity will take you a long way in any business and help keep you afloat during those recessionary down times that we've definitely experienced in Orange County during the past 30 years!

I would like to thank all of our customers, my family, and my outstanding employees for their support over the last 30 years. I look forward to being there for you in the future just as we have been since 1987.
