Randy Gardner, President
Randy Gardner is the company’s founder and owner. He came to Southern California from Eastern Canada for a two-week vacation and $300 in his pocket and never left (or so the story goes). Shortly after he arrived, he met his wife Renee, and they moved to Rancho Santa Margarita in 1988 to start a family. Randy has been plumbing for the better part of 40 years and in his free time loves to flip houses and float on his pontoon boat in Lake Arrowhead.
Derek Gardner, Office and Accounting Manager
Derek Gardner moved back to California and joined the business having worked in finance for a year after graduating Arizona State University with a BS in Business Management. His studies had an emphasis on International Business which he pursued while living and interning in London, England during his junior year. He lives in Newport Beach and enjoys dividing his time between relaxing on the beach and snowboarding in Big Bear. Go ASU Sun Devils!

Austin Gardner started with Santa Margarita Plumbing after graduating from Arizona State University with a BA in Business Communications and an emphasis in International Business. He is an integral part of the creation of PipeGuard, SMP's industrial services arm. When he's not working at SMP, Austin likes spending time cheering on the Arizona State Sun Devils with his new wife, Samantha, and beating his dad on the golf course.
